This means I don’t get notifications. Highly annoying and I agree with others, FaceTime should be utilized. Lastly, PlanIt doesn’t even own this app anymore it’s PowerTime by PowerDMS and the branding is still wrong. Seems like PowerDMS bought this and hasn’t done anything meaningful to improve it. ### 2/5 — Could be a smoother *2025-02-11, version 1.0.9* Face ID and auto refresh should be standard app features in 2025 ### 2/5 — Won’t stay logged in *2025-01-16, version 1.0.9* It’s 2025, yet this app still refuses to adopt secure login technologies like Face ID. To make matters worse, it logs you out after just a few minutes of inactivity, forcing you to re-enter your entire password each time. While such strict measures might be understandable for a banking app, it’s completely unacceptable for a scheduling app we rely on throughout the day. The app otherwise works well, but this is too much of an inconvenience not to point out. It is the worst user experience of any app i deal with on a daily basis ### 2/5 — Have to login almost every visit *2024-10-01, version 1.0.9* I’ve had this app for 3 years and sometimes I can go 3-4 weeks without using the app then go right in without logging In. Most of the times if I use it multiple times in one day, I have to log in every time. Time to update the app to use facial recognition if you want it to log out so much. Sometimes you get nothing at all. Doesn’t use Apple Passwords or Face ID for easy login. This app has so much potential. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2023-12-25* This app reminds me of 2008 era apps when every company was trying to put anything they could on the store. It’s a junk interface for their website. It logs out after a couple hours, it resets itself and you lose work, and most of all it won’t interface well with other calendars or update itself so you have no choice but to refresh it constantly. I try to go to my dashboard and it just goes wherever it wants. Absolutely horrible app design. ### 1/5 — Brutal *2025-12-21, version 1.2.1* My agency recently transitioned to this service and it’s been nothing but a headache. Trying to view your schedule on the app is like reading hieroglyphics..the app doesn’t show man power, too much info on one screen, and you follow the prompt to turn your phone sideways and all the info doesn’t fit on your screen. Absolutely terrible, awful app and service..I despise it. Constantly typing in your password is timely and redundant. ### 5/5 — It’s great, when it works... *2021-02-24, version 1.0.6* I don’t look forward to any updates with this app because unlike modern solutions, the app logs you out and when you attempt to log in, it says you typed a wrong passcode, username or URL but I know that everything is right. Then once you’re in, it logs you out after inactivity, like what? This is 2020 developers, get with FaceID or Touch ID and have quicker access to your app. This is not a bank app or anything that has sensitive material, it’s a scheduling app. So once you log in, you shouldn’t have to retype everything - so frustrating. ***UPDATE*** Wanted to be fair to this app and give an updated review and I’m happy to report that all issues have been resolved and the app is working perfectly. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team if you need anything in the future. ### 5/5 — Excellent Scheduling Program *2019-08-21, version 1.0.3* We transitioned our entire police department of 200 employees to this scheduling software two years ago. We have a very complex schedule as most departments do and found that this scheduling option was the best and most reliable on the market for our department. Having access to your schedule anywhere with the easy to use app is also a huge bonus. Very impressed with this product and the support we get from PlanIt.
