I was stoked to try this app for a plank challenge, but in practice, I wish it had a clearer calendar (rather than just back-and-forth buttons) and an audio alarm so that you can plank without having to stare at the screen.

This really helps me to make incremental progress without trying too much too fast and getting discouraged. It's easy to use and not too strict (I needed to repeat a day and it was simple). Nice app. Thanks!
