非常にシンプルなアプリで毎日使っていますが、バックグラウンドで動作してくれれば、より一層時間を忘れて取り組めるので、惜しいと感じました。不満はその1点のみです。その他はアイコンの可愛らしさとシンプルな機能で、完璧です。

今、55歳です。若い頃は柔道部で、大学生から40歳くらいまでは怖いもの知らず…といったよく居るオッサンですが、50歳を超えたあたりから、なんやかんやと運動不足になり、筋力も衰えはじめているのは承知していましたが、結局何も続かずでしたが、プランクというシンプルさと、このアプリのシンプルさのおかげで、なんとか5日間続けられています！この調子で、まずは１ヶ月を目標に頑張ります！

本日腹筋のアプリをダウンロードしてシリーズ何かあるかなと見ていてもうひとつあるのは知ってましたがこちらもあるんだとダウンロードしてみました！猫の腹筋のをずっと使っていて間違えて消してしまいました。最近はYouTubeの方で運動しているのであまり使わないし、どうやら復活もできないようなんで単純なのと自分の気が向いた時に、秒数も別に決めずに気軽にできそうでこれはいいかもと思いました。

プランクチャレンジのアプリは色々ありますが、1週間超えたぐらいからめちゃめちゃキツくなって、全然継続できない。

　こちらは、昨日の自分との戦いなので、1秒でも長く昨日より頑張ろうと思えたり、体調的にきつい時はきつい時で、20秒でもやることが大事だから、継続するのにはとてもいいです。

　何一つ継続したことないから、これだけでも継続しようと頑張ってます！！
