## What is PlankCycle?

PlankCycle is a focused plank timer for a clear workout without distractions.

Choose your total plank target, the duration of each hold, and the rest time between rounds. PlankCycle automatically turns these settings into your interval workout. If the target time does not divide evenly, the final round is shortened to match it precisely.

During your workout, PlankCycle shows:

• the current phase
• the remaining time
• your current round
• your overall progress

A short preparation countdown, voice announcements, and haptic feedback accompany each phase change. The screen stays active while the timer is running.
