Before, the phone could go to sleep mid-round and the buzzer never rang — you'd look down at a dark screen with the round already over. A HOME FOR CLUB OWNERS Turn on Club manager in You and the Play and Coach tabs become one Manage tab: your club, its members, dues, coaches and schedule in one place. The setting follows your account, so it's there when you sign in on another device. YOUR CLUB, IN YOUR COLOURS Pick your club's colour and it carries across your club's pages. Members see your club rather than ours. A CLUB FEED Results, announcements and new leagues from every event your club runs, on one page — so members can see the club is alive without hunting through events. HOME OPENS ON SOMETHING A new account used to open on an empty feed. Now it shows what's on near you straight away, as posters rather than a list, ordered by what's happening soonest. Anything without a date sits at the end. WEAR YOUR CLUB ON YOUR CARD If you belong to a club, you can add its logo behind your player ID card. Entirely optional — your card stays yours. FEWER SURPRISES ON EVENT DAY A partner added by name alone was never actually registered: no roster spot, no check-in, nothing to scan on the day. The roster now says so plainly, and adding a partner registers them properly. Also in this release: bulk-add members from a spreadsheet, download an organization report, and see the other clubs in your organization. ### 1.0.21 — 2026-08-20 AI Poster Studio (beta) Design a shareable poster for your event in seconds. Pick from a range of styles or just describe the look you want, add a title, date and venue, and drop in your club logo and sponsor logos — tag each one so they land in the right place. Attach the finished poster to an event, or download it and post it anywhere. Everything you make is kept for 30 days. Pick how your playoffs finish Choose a Round of 16, quarterfinals or semifinals when you create an event — or change it later — and the bracket builds itself as soon as pool play wraps. Works with any format, not just pool-to-playoff. Compass draws Full podium and a bronze finish, including small three-team draws. Editing an event got easier Change the format after you've created it, and search your settings by name instead of hunting for them. On the court An ON DECK badge now marks the next game queued on each court, so players know when they're up. For clubs Approve several join requests at once instead of one at a time. Fixes • Fixed the random sign-outs some players were hitting • Playoff games no longer collide with the pool schedule • Games still showing TBD can no longer be scored by mistake • Sharper event info, and a single player count that always agrees ### 1.0.19 — 2026-08-15 Running a rotation ladder just got a lot easier. • The round timer rings a real cowbell, so nobody misses the buzzer • Put the board on a TV: courts, the clock, who's resting — and it can call the courts out loud each round • Decide how the night ends: after a set number of rounds, or at a set time • Enter a whole court's score at once instead of one player at a time • Players sitting out are marked, so a score can't land on someone who didn't play • Finished sessions now have their own History tab Video is faster and easier to share: • 4K clips are resized automatically before uploading — far smaller, far quicker • Clips show a preview image instead of a grey icon • Watch full screen without leaving the app • See real progress while a video uploads • Send any clip to your coach for feedback, from the feed, the gallery or League Videos Also in this update: photos and videos now appear in your home feed, the Play tab opens your player view, and organizers can remove photos and videos from the gallery. ### 1.0.18 — 2026-08-10 Leagues & sessions • Completed sessions now move to History automatically — the Game tab only shows what's still in play. • Games that were scheduled but never played are marked "Not played" instead of sitting there as "Scheduled". • Session RSVP: players tap Going / Maybe / Out, and organizers can tap the count to see exactly who's coming. • Fixed duplicate and missing games when building a session. Feed & announcements • The feed is now private to an event's registered players. • Posts show who wrote them, with their photo. • Organizers can mark a post as an official Announcement. • Everyone in the event gets notified of new posts, and tapping the notification takes you straight there. Coaching & coach-led leagues • Turn a league coach-led right from Create or Edit League. • Coaches can open a player's coaching thread from the roster. • Substitutes are clearly labeled and no longer carry into the next session. • Share a video with more than one coach at once. Organizing • Your Organize tab now shows only the leagues you actually run. • Court scoring can be protected with a passcode for volunteer scorers. • League signups are free by default, with optional dues for Premium. • Search the edit form to jump straight to any setting. • Leaderboard player search, and a cleaner scores table on wide screens.
