Recently on several occasions my content just disappears out of the blue, and I’ve been unable to get it back and support has been unable to find it. I’m either being given incorrect information, or very generic replies. Issues are not correctly investigated or resolved. It can be a little glitchy, but overall it’s fantastic. Most the time you just close the app or browser and all is back to normal. Other than that, this has made my life so much easier. ### 2/5 — Difficult *2025-08-13, version 14.19* I really wanted to like this app. As a content creator, I’m always looking for schedulers because few of them work properly. Enter Plann. Bad news. Linktree messed them up. They are unable to separate two different accounts I have in Linktree. Also, I cannot fully enjoy all of the functionality because I cannot log into the web version of Linktree. This is a hard no until Linktree fixes the login bugs. I’ve reached out to but apparently they have no customer service support. ### 3/5 — Difficult Interface, Buggy, No Cust Svc *2025-08-11, version 14.18.2* I have been using Plann since before they were bought by Linktree. I'd come over from using a different Instagram scheduler and while I never liked the interface of Plann as much as I liked that one, it was relatively straightforward and more importantly Plann worked when the other service was going through a transition and it did not. It would seem Plann is now going through some kind of a transition and I'm finding it increasingly buggy and what's really annoying is the interface - desktop or mobile- is just so convoluted and annoying to use. Nothing is obvious, I have to hunt for everything, I can't see previews of scheduled posts easily because they they won't enlarge like I have to literally hold my computer screen up closer to my face because I can't enlarge the preview of the post it's just a mess. And now I'm having an actual problem within my account I'm a paid user by the way and where is Customer Support I couldn't find it at all when I was on desktop and I found something in the mobile app but so far nobody's responding. I'm looking at going back to what I was using previously hopefully that al has sorted out their issues. ### 4/5 — Generally very good app *2025-06-19, version 14.18.2* I am annoying using the free version of lann to prep my content ahead of launching my website. One small issue I have is for some reasons the order of my prepared fldraftvposts had randomly changed and the post I know should be next randomly jumps spots - have had this happen a couple times, assuming it’s a bug? Aside from this it’s been nice and straightforward to use. ### 1/5 — Extremely Glitchy *2025-06-12, version 14.18.2* I wish this app worked, but at least for Instagram reels it fails about 7 times out of 10. Seems more reliable with other social media platforms. Very difficult to get engineering help to fix bugs. The first day of my trial I could not get Canva to connect, and their online videos did not solve it. So I emailed the help desk and replied to the daily drip campaign they had me on with ZERO response. À chaque renouvellement d’abonnement l’appli me repasse en compte gratuit ce qui me fait automatiquement perdre les données d’un de mes comptes (J’ai enregistré un compte Instagram et Facebook). Quand je contacte le « service client »j’ai seulement à faire à un IA, qui ne résout en rien le prive même et laisse traîner! Cela fait une semaine qui je paye un abonnement alors que je ne peux plus utiliser l’application et on me dit juste qu’ils examinent mon problème! The app DOES NOT post unless you set it to AUTO-POST. I like to schedule my post and have them set to a ‘push notification’ so I can add music, tag everyone, adjust post settings, etc. But when I schedule a post, NOTHING HAPPENS on the phone’s end ! I just get a notification that “it’s time to post” and all it does is opens the app! Isn’t it supposed to copy the text for me or at least download the media to my phone?? Also, it is missing a POST NOW feature on the app, it’s pointless for it to be only on the online platform. However, I can’t even log into the app. I use Linktree to log in and unfortunately once I put in my credentials on mobile, it spits me right back to the login home screen. Won’t integrate with business manager accounts correctly so cannot post across FB & Instagram, or use many of the features. The app is super buggy and doesn’t allow me to make these modifications. I don’t want it for my personal account, I wanted it to run my business. The way it connects to your social media accounts is super wonky. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all and gave me idiot suggestions. My social media team tested all of the top apps for planning and strategy, and I was really struggling to find they offer what we really needed and were pretty much a waste. Then I remembered Plann, and gave it a go again. Literally perfection! The ease of use, drag and drop, REAL placeholders (why is this such a foreign concept in other “planning” apps?). Easy communication on specific posts with your team so you can collaborate. 20/10!! Literally every feature is on point and we use pretty much everything the app has to offer.
