They actually have quite a few services available that are extremely affordable and helpful. I was able to get an appointment within an hour and a half of downloading and registering to the app. I paid 30.00 for a copay without insurance and got a prescription for birth control. It was via video so I was able to call from the comfort of my home. The doctor was informative and kind. More than what I’ve experienced with any doctors I’ve seen regarding my reproductive health. If you’re looking to get quick and affordable healthcare this is the route to take. I’ll likely never have to see another doctor in my area since the app is so accessible and I’ve found a way to get what I need in a much more efficient way by kinder people. ### 2/5 — Privacy concern *2025-08-29, version 2.448* Within less than 10 minutes of me giving them my info my credit card info was stolen💀 They also mysteriously withdrew $2 from my account with no explanation or reason. I’ve tried different browsers, I’ve tried the desktop version on a laptop (which just leads to a blank page), I’ve tried the app, I’ve reached out for help. I need it to keep my cycle and system on track. I can’t get anyone to help me out with this or get a refund which should be automatic if your MEDICINE doesn’t make it to you on time. I had support tell me to check my post office which I did and no answers from anyone. This is infuriating. The app is terribly laid out, incredibly confusing to navigate and trying to get someone to help you is clearly impossible. I get re occurring UTIs and have seen a doctor for this with no answers as to why. Now every time i try to request antibiotics they want me to see a doctor. Every year the clinicians make mistakes in prescription. This year and last year, the refill date was wrong. So I only got 3 months package once a year according to that. I was signed up for automatic refills without my knowledge likely by my previous clinician. I was sent messages about this but didn’t receive them because the app signs you out. Suddenly I have a $90 charge from planned parenthood for a 3 month birth control pack (which I just ordered the month prior) for a birth control I no longer wish to be on. Since everything processes so fast, I was not given any time to react. First of all, why would I sign up for a monthly refill service if I’m purchasing 3 month packs? The customer should very clearly know if they are signed up for a monthly refill!!!! It has been a nightmare to get the issue resolved. Their response time is very slow and I am always messaging someone new each time. Other Telehealth apps for birth control are more convenient and responsive. The cheaper price was not worth the extra hassle.
