I honestly would pay $24.00 , that’s my journal app limit right now. I’m not knocking the App, the price is just a tad out of touch for people right now, and its subscription as well so 50.00 dollars a year is a lot to ask. ### 2/5 — Paywalls *2026-08-26, version 1.48.1* The templates require a free trial subscription that only last 7 days. With it most of the features aren’t available. ### 2/5 — Update issues *2026-08-26, version 1.48.1* I love this app, but every time there is an update, I feel like it causes issues and problems in the app. Please get these updates working properly before pushing them. This is an app that I use every day to help me stay organized and when it has problems, it has the potential to really impact my day and sometimes I wonder if it’s worth keeping and paying for when there are other free apps like Goodnotes out there. 8/26-I HATE this new update. It takes more clicks just to enter text. Why can’t I just tap the space on my page I want to write in, now I have to go to the top and click to “add text” then I have to click where I want it…why are we adding steps? Also, now when I want to adjust the line spacing, I have to “see more” options and it doesn’t even give me a number, just a sliding bar, which isn’t helpful. I feel like it is getting worse instead of better and I think at the end of the year I need to cancel my subscription and just start using one of the free apps. ### 4/5 — Lost my journal *2026-08-26, version 1.48.1* I love the creativity of this app. It’s almost perfect for me. However, it has a lot of issues when synching with iCloud. This morning I went to write in a journal and the pages were all gone. I went to the restore option in settings but they were not an option. They took this feature away as far as I know. If it’s still a feature, it’s difficult to figure out. It’s one of the few subscriptions that always stays, because I love the cross compatibility with all my devices and the layouts are always **GORGEOUS**! If there’s a better place to leave feedback I will happily edit my review, but one thing I wish we had was the ability to add new pages from the preset templates of the journal you’re in. Example: I’m in a planner journal and I want to add another notes page. Currently, I have to duplicate a page at the bottom of my journal and drag it up. Is there any way we could have the page templates that make up a journal, be part of the pages you can find and add when you “add a page”? This app has always held a soft spot, but so many times I’ve gone to “add a page” and been bummed I can’t pull from the preset pages of my journal, and have to drag a notes page from the end of a journal, or have to duplicate a page and erase the writing for a clean version (planner, book journal, other notebooks..)- is there anything that could be done? 🥹🥲 Sincerely, Your Greatest Fan ☺️♥️ P.S. I reached out to tech support and was able to get the app to open but all my projects are gone. I lost 8 months worth of work that I am unable to get back.
