Plannest Coach is the app specifically designed for personal trainers who want to optimize their workflow in an efficient and professional way. Invite your clients to your dashboard in just a few clicks and let them book appointments based on your availability. Your clients can add their credit card to pay, and you receive payments by connecting your bank account with a simple click. Automatically generated custom agreements allow personal trainers to define cancellation policies with no penalties: if a client cancels within the defined time window, you can choose to charge the session, ensuring fair and transparent management.

In addition, personal trainers can review client reliability to monitor cancellation behavior over time. With our integrated chat feature, you can easily communicate with your clients and respond to their questions in real time, delivering a high-quality service. Plannest Coach also lets you send follow-ups to track your clients’ workouts, even when they train on their own, ensuring continuous support and motivation.

New: CyberCoach (Beta) — the AI-powered assistant built into the app. Ask it in chat to book appointments, create services and packages, or look up your clients' information: CyberCoach gets it done for you, in English and Italian.
