You must already have an account at Planning Center to use this mobile app.

The Planning Center Services app is the best way to access your Planning Center Services account on your iOS device. Planning Center Services is an online scheduling and worship planning application to keep your staff and volunteers connected. With our native app, you get an optimized Planning Center experience wherever you are. Manage your schedule, accept or decline scheduling requests, blockout dates, upload your user picture, and if you are a musician, use the media player or attachments section to access music for rehearsals. 

If you are responsible for scheduling volunteers or planning services, the app has features just for you! Add users to your schedule, check for conflicts, and email them at any time. Add items, songs, media or headers to your order of service and drag and drop them to reorder. Plus, the plan page and your schedule update in real time even without having to refresh!

### 4/5 — Solid App!! I’d like profile changes to be more efficient though!

The mobile app is pretty efficient! It functions as should in terms of scheduling, planning, requests and whatnot! I do actually enjoy the desktop face more than the mobile, as it seems bigger and more clear where things are. 

My only singular qualm is the simple profile changes. On mobile, for the life of me I could not change my name or profile picture at all, I’d fill in the info & picture, press update- nothing. 

I tried on desktop and got to upload my profile picture! Hooray! Except, there were no options to change my display name there. 

I totally understand as it is a professional app so you cannot change your name willy-nilly, but I have been trying to update it for my church as I have had this app since being younger and serving.

Thank you Lord! And Planning Center staff, for your quick response. The issue has resolved. I am able to accept, and email and app respond as expected. Here is my original review outlining the problem I experienced: 
Two weeks ago in the app I was able to click on my name and accept. Now today, 14 hours after the update, my name is not “hot” in the app. When I tried to accept from the email, it took me to the webpage and an error message. My admin had to accept for me.

I used to use this app all the time until one day it asked me for authorization required on both the browser and my app on my iPhone. I was able to see the tab on my laptop browser, but on my iPhone app it doesn’t show the authorization tab so I’m no longer able to use planning center on my iPhone app. I reached out by email and no one has reached out to me.

Lately, whenever my team confirms or declines an invite, the app just says “Services Reminder”. It used to give me a notification that said “Charlie Brown has confirmed/declined June 7th request” etc etc. Why is it not doing that anymore? I shouldn’t have to go into my app to see who accepted or declined. Please fix.
