It is a good planner but the previous iteration felt smoother. ### 3/5 — The developer has two apps with the same name essentially *2025-03-04, version 9.6* I’ve downloaded both apps, but the author does not provide a clear description of what the differences are between the apps. Seems like freezes often while you open modal window. Modal windows (edit task for instance) adapts to ui in strange way — getting super narrow and screensize hight. ### 3/5 — Lots of features but not very intuitive *2024-10-05, version 9.5* Lots of good features but not very user friendly or intuitive. This app has everything I need but it’s not easy to navigate. It needs a “help” section to explain things like what the icons mean on different screens and the best way to use all the features. It has huge potential, just needs more intuitive workflows. At a bare minimum, it needs an “Add” button on the Home Screen so you can add something quickly without having to navigate elsewhere. It would also be much better if the user could customise the Home Screen to get rid of the big Productivity graph taking up a third of the screen real estate. Should be able to disable that like you can with the other graphs. Overall, it’s a fully featured and powerful app, but not that user friendly. Detailed Developer support is also lacking, which is not a good response given this is a paid subscription app. ### 2/5 — Not Ready.... *2024-06-30* The app is beautiful, to say the least, but after that, there are a lot of things to be desired: First: There is no easy way to add tasks in here. When you do the keyboard shortcut of Command-N, all you get is a new window. There appears to be no button available (or a keyboard shortcut) that allows for easy addition of tasks. Update: The button that allows for the addition of new tasks appears as an "Edit" icon instead of a "plus" icon, which universally is used to add new items to apps. But still, no keyboard shortcut is present. Second: When you want to do a task, all you have is a countdown of the timer. There is no "count up" timer present, which can prove to be useful when tracking the time that it takes to do a task. Third: Keyboard shortcuts throughout the app are lacking. For apps that allow for planning of days, there has got to be an abundance of keyboard shortcuts available in order to effectively use the app. Because of these shortcomings, I have no intentions of using it, as I'd rather use an app that has the above features baked into it first before spending money on them. ### 2/5 — Help! *2024-05-07* Segnalo che dopo aggiornamento IOS 17.4.1 l'app non funziona più!!!! I did download it thinking it was more a task scheduler with time blocking, it is close with the task timers but not quite. I realize that is not it's intent though I would love to see if that could be an option to turn on in the future. I would also love to see more shortcuts, perhaps to retrieve tasks to use in note taking apps and things like that, but I love seeing apps that support shortcuts in general. Forse solo a chi non sa come buttare soldi in abbonamenti inutili. ### 1/5 — Almost perfect *2024-08-09, version 9.3* Being able to see the upcoming tasks and repeating routines in the list view and their widgets would make this the perfect planning app. Also being able to block out when tasks are happening, how long they are scheduled for, and being able to be notified before the task begins is extremely important for this kind of app. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-05-29* This app is terrible, I regret relying on other reviews when deciding to purchase as it is expensive. It is very, very glitchy (freezes frequently), you cannot edit a task once set up, you cannot go to a previous day on the so-called calendar, you cannot plan for intervals on recurring tasks more than 1 month, you cannot plan for recurring tasks more than about 6 months into the future, I find this app very inefficient and cumbersome…. It is beyond frustrating to try to use this app. As someone with ADHD, I have been searching for a good planner and this is not it. I have tried other systems and they were all better than this (except maybe writing on the back of your hand which is still more enjoyable than this). I definitely do NOT recommend. ### 1/5 — Entirely unconvincing *2024-03-08* It’s difficult to gain insight about what this app is attempting to accomplish, it’s brightly coloured interface, like a child’s colouring book, is instantly jarring, inputting a task is at best confusing and often mind-bogglingly nonsensical, for example I struggle to see the point of adding documents or photos to a list but outside of and not linked to any particular item in that list. The app seems unable to reliably sync between devices and the Watch app is frankly a hot mess. Right now the app feels very much like a school project, maybe some sort of proof of concept, in either case the concept is in the toilet. I lead a very busy life as a freelancer for many companies. I have to be in many places in one day and this app has given me a way to make sure I am on top of my workload as well as appearing extremley efficient and organised. I can't tell you how much I love this app - if I could design an app - it would be this!!!!!! Easy to use, highly functional, and now even looking at this indie (?) developer’s other apps. Quality! Reminds me of the golden age of quality app developers circa 2009. Maybe it’s now possible to sustain this level and QUALITY of development because of the subscription business model. Anyway, excellent app, thank you! ### 5/5 — Review *2023-01-29, version 7.5.1* i love that its organized so well ### 5/5 — Really awesome app but could improve *2023-01-08* For now, when I add a task to a workflow, it requires the task to have a duration. However, if I select it, there will be an option under the three dots menu that allows me to add it to the workflow, which was not able to do before. By doing that, the task will have a "0:00" duration in the workflow. I am not sure if this is on purpose, but I see this isn't very clear. If it is a problem, I think my solution will be to combine the "workflow" feature with the "focus" feature, which is only available in tasks with duration too. They are very similar in terms of functionality and time management. Also, in addition to "focus," I think there should be a "time tracking" feature, which is almost the same as if I added a "0:00" duration task into a workflow and started the timing. The "+00:00:00" can show just as a standard timer, making this app a self-report time tracker. This feature is also in a lot of productivity tools nowadays. **Developer response:** Hi.
