## What is Planometer?

Planometer is a planner that measures itself.

Plan your day here — events, tasks, mail — and at the end of it see how much of the day you decided in advance, and how much simply happened to you.

WHAT IT MEASURES
· The day's score — one number for the quality of your planning, not for your productivity.
· Reschedules — how often things move, and what they move off.
· Hours by marker — where the time actually went, under your own codes.
· How much of the day was in the plan before the day started.

MAIL LIKE A MESSENGER
One subject, one conversation. New mail at the bottom, your reply in the same place, quotes collapsed, attachments where you left them. Swipe a message to archive it, delete it or mark it read. Search runs across every connected mailbox, and letters carry the same markers your events and tasks use.

AN ASSISTANT YOU CAN TYPE TO OR TALK TO
Ask what the week looks like. Have a meeting moved, a task created, a letter turned into either. Get a reply drafted straight into the message box. It always proposes and you confirm — nothing is created, changed or sent behind your back. There is a live voice mode as well, switched on in settings when you want to plan the day out loud instead of typing.

WHAT ELSE IS IN IT
· Your calendar in full: create, move, finish. Changes go back to your own Google or Apple calendar.
· Tasks, including repeating ones, with Apple Reminders kept in step.
· Markers — your own short codes on events, tasks and letters, so hours are counted by what they were spent on.
· A morning and an evening briefing, and a weekly review, written from your own week.

WHAT IT WILL NOT DO
· It will not tell you to work more. The score is about planning, not effort — a quiet day planned in advance scores better than a full one improvised.
· It will not keep a second copy of your life. Everything is read from the calendar you already use.
· It will not decide anything behind your back: an event, a task or a letter goes out only after you confirm it.

CREDITS
The planner, the score, the calendar, the trends and the streaks are free. The AI parts — the briefings, the assistant, the voice mode, the mail drafts — cost credits. Every green day earns credits, and packs can be bought if you want more. There is no subscription.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-27

• You can see where the keyboard is: weekday chips and vacation dates light up.
• In Mail, Enter opens the conversation.
• Settings no longer counts devices that no longer exist when sending a notification.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-22

First login, rebuilt.
• Every one of the five screens has a way back to sign-in.
• The timezone picker opens in one tap, with no separate Change button.
• The seven weekdays fit on a single row, with larger tap targets.
• The final screen now shows what is already set up: calendars, mail, and what is worth adding next.
• The questions and captions are rewritten to say why each answer is asked for.

The calendar connect screen now describes exactly what access the app needs.

Buttons say what they are doing while they work, instead of showing three dots.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-18

Mail
• Forward a letter to somebody who was not on it.
• A reply quotes nothing by default — you choose which message to quote.
• The AI mark on a letter shows what is happening to it: turning while the analysis runs, gold when there is a result, and absent when analysis is switched off.
• The reply's address field suggests people from your own correspondence, the same way the composer does.
• Addresses and phone numbers in a letter are links, and the duplicate copy senders leave beside them is gone.
• Emphasis a sender wrote with asterisks renders as bold.
• A switch to show messages in full.
• Folder search returns the newest letters first.
• Replying inside a conversation no longer closes it.
• The send button shows that a letter is on its way.

Calendar
• A guest typed into a meeting and not confirmed is no longer lost when you save. If what was typed is not an address, the save stops and says so.

General
• Screens read from the server only when something has actually changed: less waiting, less data.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-15

Signing in with Google and Apple now finishes inside the app.

Mail attachments open right in the app and keep the names their senders gave them, non-Latin names included.

Smaller mail fixes: the unread count on Overview no longer includes letters you sent yourself.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-13

No release notes.
