We're glad you're enjoying the latest update. ### 1/5 — App needs work *2019-11-28, version 1.0.48* After installation and configuration which involves setting up a PIN number to login, when you close the app and reopen it, the app walks you through the login and setup again. Obviously there is a basic issue with the app that needs to be foxed. As it is now, the app is not usable if I have to set the app up every time I want to use it. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2019-11-23, version 1.0.48* This app is terrible! Can even search for doctors, display insurance card, or see medical history. A paper instance card provides more information. Someone didn’t even try to make an app. ### 1/5 — Don’t Bother *2019-10-30, version 1.0.48* The other reviews are correct - you can’t get past the user agreement because of an error message saying “user does not exist”. How embarrassing for the app developers. All your goals for this app defeated by such a simple mistake. ### 1/5 — Certificate for this server is invalid *2022-12-06, version 2.0.0* Company device, can’t bypass error. Pretty lame. 1 star until resolved. ### 1/5 — Fake reviews? *2022-06-22, version 2.0.0* I feel like all of these super-positive reviews are all fake. This app is terrible. I have to force-kill it after getting a white screen when it gets backgrounded. Face ID works but only after dismissing two error alert boxes about JSON malformed data. The app itself is a gross-looking web-view that tells me to download the app on the Home Screen. LOL. Yikes. ### 1/5 — Pathetic *2022-05-15, version 2.0.0* If I could give less than one star, I would. It’s the worst app I have come across. No matter how many times you log in, it won’t let you log in. The website is equally pathetic. Wish my employer had never contracted with this company, which cannot even care to have a good website and app. I am deleting the app few minutes after downloading as it’s useless. ### 1/5 — Can’t log on the mobile app *2021-10-27, version 2.0.0* Desk top browser is fine. Same log in info not valid in the mobile app. Also in the desk top browser the mobile device can not be registered. ### 1/5 — Horrible customer support! *2021-03-01, version 2.0.0* I cannot get logged in either through the internet site or this mobile app and there is no way at all to contact customer support outside of regular business hours. I have never used such a difficult to manage program in my whole life. It’s like they just want to steal my money! I’ve been having trouble with my password and it tells me repeatedly that an email has been sent to reset it but nothing comes. Now I’m going to forfeit my deposits because the runout date is on a weekend. (And yes I know I shouldn’t leave it to the last minute but my life is complicated!) ### 1/5 — Reviews fishy *2020-11-29, version 2.0.0* Be sure to look at the dates on all the positive reviews... ### 1/5 — Worthless App *2020-01-16, version 1.0.48* All around this company fails to provide a reason to exist. ### 1/5 — Touch Login Not Possible (iPhone) *2020-01-07, version 1.0.48* If you’re an iPhone user and unless I’ve missed something, the company/developer decided to not allow Touch Login after registering and using the App. As of the writing of this review, it appears that we must type in our username and password each time. Internally, the App is simple to use and shows lots of relevant information.
