Unable to order from the app, shows cart as “empty”. Also does not show your reward status. Don’t waste time downloading.

App is full of issues. Try to check out, it crashes/exits the app, will go through that adding the food back into my cart 3-4 times before it actually works. App currently doesn’t show any of the chicken sandwiches, but, the website does, so, you can’t use it to add those things. It’s 2024, the app needs to be fixed.

The app is literally full of bugs it’s impossible to order on the app. It either continually loads when you try and pay, or gives you an error message for you phone number, when it’s 100% my phone number. You’ll literally have to go in since the app & website do not work and the phone is “busy” every-time. This all has happened on multiple occasions. The food is very good though!
