Just stays on the first page “loading.” Tried update, tried restarting phone. Still this app does nothing at all.

First it said 12.99 but when I downloaded it said 19.99 per month.so it’s a scam.

Terrible app. Signed up for free-trial and got charged immediately. No response from customer service when reached out to twice. 

Would’ve been forgiveable if app did anything it promised, however took photos of 5 plants and none of them worked. All gave errors and said please try again. Completely useless. 

Avoid this app at all costs

Worked good for 10 minutes, then did this thing where I had to shut down the program (not just exit) and reopen to get the ID.
