depois de quase dois meses usando, inclusive tenho plano premium, meu aplicativo não quer mais abrir, diz que tem erro de conexão de internet. ABSURDO. CUIDADO!

Você tinha razão e encontramos o problema: uma verificação na abertura do app travava tudo quando um servidor específico não respondia, mesmo com a sua internet funcionando. Já corrigimos e a correção chega na próxima atualização. Enquanto ela não sai, vale tentar abrir em outra rede Wi-Fi ou no 4G (e desativar bloqueador de anúncios ou VPN, se você usar algum). Testei o app sobre uma planta Guiné me trouxe informação como fosse um pé de café, tinha intenção de assinar, diante disso vi que o app não é confiável

**Developer response:** Otmar, obrigado por avisar — e você tem toda razão em cobrar precisão. Fomos conferir: a planta que você fotografou é uma Guiné (Petiveria alliacea), e o app errou identificando como café.

O ponto mais importante: a Guiné não estava no nosso catálogo — por isso o app não tinha nem como acertar nem te deixar corrigir. Já corrigimos isso: adicionamos a Petiveria alliacea com informações de cultivo, cuidados e curiosidades (inclusive a importância dela nas tradições afro-brasileiras), em português e mais 19 idiomas. Uma planta tão presente nos quintais brasileiros não podia estar de fora.

Uma dica que ajuda muito: com a localização ativada, a identificação melhora bastante para plantas regionais como a Guiné — testamos com a sua foto e fez diferença real.

Em 06/06/2026, vi um anúncio do aplicativo Bloom Plant ID no Instagram. Ao clicar na publicidade, fui direcionado para a App Store, onde realizei o download do aplicativo.

Ao abrir o aplicativo pela primeira vez, foram solicitadas algumas informações iniciais e, em seguida, foi apresentada uma oferta de teste gratuito por 3 dias, com cobrança posterior de R$ 39,90 por semana. Optei por fechar a tela clicando no “X”. Logo depois, surgiu uma segunda oferta com valor reduzido, que também recusei. Em seguida, foi exibida uma promoção informando desconto de 94%, com a indicação de que o custo seria de R$ 10,41 por mês (total de R$ 124,90 por ano).

A informação apresentada induz o consumidor a acreditar que haverá uma cobrança mensal de R$ 10,41. No entanto, foi realizada uma cobrança única e imediata de R$ 124,90.

Diante disso, solicitei o estorno do valor cobrado. Além da falta de clareza na forma de cobrança, a contratação foi realizada de forma online, motivo pelo qual  segundo a lei tenho o direito de cancelamento e reembolso dentro do prazo legal de 7 dias, aplicável às compras realizadas fora do estabelecimento comercial.

Minha recomendação é que os consumidores leiam atentamente todas as condições antes de concluir a assinatura.
