I purchased a lifetime subscription to this several months ago. Can’t get online it just continually keeps loading. I contacted them. But I cannot get through. My email service is there email refuses to accept my email. Whatever that means at any rate, I have paid for a lot times subscription to this and haven’t been able to use it one time and I can’t get a hold of them for help. I’m very frustrated and I’m very unhappy with the app.
