Service was terminated as at 2024/03/05. However, I just received message which informed me the payment was charged through AlipayHK on 2025/03/05. So I checked this payment was also charged on 2024/03/05. You must take a picture real time for it to work. What if you are in a place without no cell service or can’t get back to the area where you took a picture? I think being able to use a photo in my phone’s photo library is a must needed feature. Shouldn’t be hard. Even glovo is 8 euros per month and i consider them super expensive but per week for an app that u will use sometimes is diabolical. It seems like the app is for US based plants and not plants from the world. Do not advertise the app as being the best app to identify plants. This is not good. So I prep the question and when I went to send, it want 14.99 per. Yes per inquiry,,, so this app will never do a diagnosis,,, it will send you to a botanist expert, and charge you an additional 14.99 per diagnosis,,,, WT? Fraud. **Developer response:** We're truly sorry for the frustration you experienced with diagnosis. Our AI requires very detailed, close-up photos of specific symptoms to accurately diagnose issues, which differs from general identification. Yes it identified one of her plants as a weed and Cut it down then she cut off my head. Identifies wrong more than right.
