Vague and contradictory diagnosis with nothing to even say how to correct the problems. Literally diagnosed as “Abiotic”.

I’m not sure it makes sense to have an app that does not give a cogent result, then shuts you out because you only get ONE attempt before you have to start paying. Not exactly an enticement: it gave me eight different contradictory diagnoses….
