Few issues with limited time events *2026-02-24* The game is very fun, no ads, stays difficult. I noticed that the limited time banners change far too quickly before changing to the next after a few days, not near enough time to try and get the one you want. This is the 3rd time I’ve had my account deleted ### 1/5 — Shadow banned for spending too much? *2026-01-06, version 1.1.2* I have been playing this game for more than 350 days and i also played a lot of games similar to this one and i got a worst experience called “SHADOW BANNED” i never had before. I spent around $12000 and got 1.4B cp and they banned my account for 4 days because a stupid thing that they called “abnormal power data” which they couldn’t even explain what it was. I asked them to unban my account and i also asked them to give me compensation for what i’d lost during the time my account was banned but instead of apologizing and making everything simple they decided to judge me and threaten not to unban if this situation ever happen again in the future. This game is a fun game but those customer service mtfk need to be more professional and be better to take care of their customers instead of avoiding their responsibilities and making their customers bear the consequences from their fault. After all they lost their big spenders because of their unprofessional behavior and stupidity. RIP this game. ### 1/5 — Insurmountable paywall *2025-11-12* I got the Ad Removal Package, and had fun for about a day. The stages end up turning into an RNG grind, with most taking around 10 times to clear as of stage 14. The energy system used for playing stages isn’t an issue, but I find myself with immense burnout and disinterest. I have 250 energy and can’t bring myself to commit to the tedium of even one more game. Did I mention there is almost nothing to do in game? (Details will follow) The joint battle feature relies on guild participation, invites to friends, or server based invites. I consider myself lucky if I can get even one joint battle/day. Upgrades feel meaningless, as I am unable to clear the daily dungeons despite being 200k “power” above the recc’d amount. The recruiting system is awful. “Call of Nature” is a chance system with a multiplier for getting shards. Conveniently, shards I need for unlocking Hybrid plants are offered once in a blue moon, and the gem requirement for any pull after the first means I am unable to get them before the option is changed. (Resets every 30 minutes) “Plant Wish” is the only other option for recruiting, and requires seeds of life to summon. These are far too rare, and I have only been able to get the guaranteed Legendary plants (come every 12 pulls) twice despite logging 5 days into the game. All of this leads me to believe that this game is a purse snatcher, and a vicious one. If support reads this, GIMME REFUND! ### 1/5 — Plant master *2025-08-11, version 1.0.9* Hard to find people to play with and it’s difficult to do everything cuz some quests require another person. ### 1/5 — Rigged! *2025-07-15* I’ve been playing this game for ages and it used to be great but then I realised how blatantly rigged it is to try to get you to spend money. When I came back to it after a couple of months not playing everything was easy, the rng was working in my favour, but the more frequently I play it the more it consistently gives me bad luck in battles so I lose again and again, presumably unless I spend money. What a trap, fallen for it more than once and nearly fall for it each time I click on the tab.
