Dying plant now has new leaf

Can’t recommend this app enough, I’ve had it for 2 weeks and my wilting plant is now sprouting a new leaf! So far there are no hidden in-app purchases, and I like that it adjusts the watering schedule based on my location and the weather.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the tasks don’t seem to update properly. I’ll get a notification that I have a task today, but in the app it’ll say all tasks done for today, and clicking the notification in the app (if there is one) clears it out rather than letting me see the details of which plant needs watering. I am able to see what needs watering in the ‘My Plants’ section pretty easily since I only have 3 plants, I just wish the tasks and to-do sections were accurate to make things easier as my garden grows.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for sharing this—you’re officially our very first reviewer, which makes your feedback especially meaningful to us! We’re also thrilled to hear that your plant is growing a new leaf. We’re sorry about the mismatch between task notifications and what appears in the app. Your detailed description is incredibly helpful, especially the part about notifications disappearing instead of opening the relevant plant task. We’re looking into it and will work on making tasks and reminders more reliable as your garden grows. Thank you for being one of our earliest users and for helping shape PlantCare from the very beginning!
