PlantCare is a private plant care journal focused on outdoor pruning decisions. It helps you check a supported plant before cutting, understand timing and bloom risk, and save one conservative next move.

• Capture guided whole-plant, leaf, and bark or stem views.
• Confirm the closest supported pruning guide before species-specific advice appears.
• Review clear Cut, Keep, or Caution guidance based on the plant, season, goal, and safety checks.
• Save the decision in My Garden, add follow-up reminders, and compare recovery later.

MADE FOR OUTDOOR PRUNING DECISIONS

PlantCare focuses on supported roses, hydrangeas, shrubs, hedges, and small ornamental trees under 3 metres. It is designed for questions such as:

• Should I prune this hydrangea now, or will I remove next season’s flowers?
• Is it the right time to cut back these rose canes?
• How far can I trim this shrub without stressing it?
• Should this small branch be cut, kept, or inspected first?

CONFIRMATION FIRST

PlantCare does not pretend to identify every plant or automatically choose where to cut. Low-confidence or unsupported results stop and offer manual guide selection. Possible branch hints remain suggestions until you confirm what you can see.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Guided identification runs on-device from the photos you provide. Scan photos are not sent to a hosted identification service. No PlantCare account is required. Garden records stay local unless you choose native iCloud backup or export.
