Even though people are complaining about your app. Base on the experience of others, I’m choosing not to download. ### 1/5 — Y’all must think I’m Stupid *2025-08-10, version 1.0.27* I was looking at the app and thinking it seemed like it might be okay. UNTIL I got to actually reading the fine print in your Terms and Conditions section. You want me to pay a nominal fee for my “Free Trial” that suddenly jumps to $12.99/week. Meanwhile, you want to sell my information to third party companies, don’t guarantee your app to work or be accurate, state that you aren’t responsible if I get hacked through your app and several other things I just couldn’t believe I was reading. My elderly mom downloaded it thinking it was a neat app and I have been charged every week with no response from the developer. I had to get another bank card because of it. ### 1/5 — Don't Bother *2025-12-02, version 1.0.29* As a previous subscriber to Picture This plant app, I foolishly decided I'd try PlantDaily. I've attempted to use it for nearly a year, but with 3 months remaining I went and renewed with Picture This. Plant Daily is typically accurate at ID'ing plants only about 30% of the time. They give you a sentence or two, if you're lucky, about that plant and its care and repeat that info, verbatim, several times. As a Master Gardener with a Landscape Architecture degree, trust me when I tell you this app sucks! Il me proposait tout le temps l’essai gratuit, et vu que j’avais besoin de l’application pour des recherches pour un cours j’ai accepté l’essai. L’application disait qu’il allait me prévenir / envoyer une notification à la fin de mon essai. J’ai eu 0 notification, rien. Et au final là ils viennent de me voler 7 euros.
