Day 3 I was prompted to purchase a subscription. I tried uninstall/reinstall and ‘restore’ but nothing worked. When selecting the App Support option I was redirected to a webpage with a massively long ‘terms of service’ document, where I eventually found buried in it the instructions to send an email.
