You can’t do half of the things it’s made for. The option to make a new account has never worked, the option to open a new savings account has never worked, and they get hacked so much they make you change your password a ridiculous amount of times. Not to mention how it’s down more than half of the days of the week. Please fix this. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-02-19, version 25.1.70* Since new updates this app is horrible. Face ID feature has to constantly be checked and does not work half the time. Cannot deposit any checks anymore. I have deleted and downloaded the app many times to no avail. I have complained many times to the bank with no solutions. You will constantly get stuck in loading screens or locked out. I love the personal experience that I receive there. They know me and wave at me and even give my dog treats when I go through the drive-through, when I don’t even have banking business to do. They are so friendly and I would never use another bank. Highly recommend! Sonya is the best bank manager!
