Having not purchased plants online before using Plantly, I was unsure about the shipping process. I’ve been happily surprised at the packing quality in my orders though. It’s so non-user-friendly I’ve been stuck on the same screen, trying to become a seller with commercials popping up, unable to set up my profile. ### 1/5 — Having issues *2025-07-01* Not sure if it is a bug or not but I am completely unable to register as a seller on the app and most pages move extremely slowly if at all while all of my other apps are functioning fine. ### 1/5 — Freezes *2025-05-26* The app freezes when you try to sign up to sell. ### 1/5 — Forget trying to sell your plants here *2024-06-13* I put in a lot of work trying to set up my shop. I did the demo and the required things to get set up. Y’all it’s been over 6 months with no progress whatsoever. I’ve emailed them multiple times and the only response I received from them was that I needed to take the demo WHICH I ALREADY TOOK. They didn’t respond to any of the other emails, even after I gave them a deadline promising I’d write a bad review if I didn’t hear anything by then. Nothing - they don’t care. Unlike other platforms where their percentage cut is high, Plantly’s cut is fair keeping prices affordable for sellers and buyers. I have no complains. The support team is great, very accessible and take care of any issues almost immediately. They have great vendor, and customer communication. A couple of times over the past year and a half they have reached out to me to make sure everything was ok and/or asked how they could improve their services.
