Like most apps, this one automatically puts you on a free trial with recurring payments to their subscription service you will have to cancel yourself. The problem is you cannot cancel through the app. There is a button for it, but upon pressing it you get a message saying, “a team member will contact you in 24 hours.” When I tried this, a team member never contacted me. I shouldn’t have to wait to be contacted to cancel a subscription in the first place! This is completely ridiculous and manipulative by the creators of this app. Do not download.
