It mis-identified at least half of the plants I documented. Google Lens does a far better job. I am angry that I paid for it for a year. Doesn't even try, get no app store message of success or not. It wasn't all that accurate to begin with, usually would have to take the same thing about 3 or 4 times each one a different result before you can look up a second opinion/ verify what its backend was suggesting before you get a decent result. And worse is not ever going to be fixed as the developers send their canned message saying all the issues are fixed. So won't be any updates then, nothing even to update its now perfect, or a lie. I downloaded a bunch of plant ID apps to see which one worked/ I liked the best. This is NOT it. The amount of wrong identification is mind blowing. I’m so upset I didn’t cancel the 3 day trial as soon as I saw how inaccurate it was. I was supposed to cancel yesterday but forgot :/ I hope you put my $20 towards fixing how bad it is.. total waste of money. When I go to My Plants, it seems to be hung up, showing only a spinning circle. After getting in and out of the app several times, checking my connections, etc, I finally decided to tap it to see what it would do. It did end up opening and showing my plants but it looks confusing with just a spinning wheel rather than showing thumbnails of your plants. 2. Once you get in to something, like checking water level, or any other option, there’s no Back button. The only way I can find to get back to the main page is to completely close out of the app and then reopen it. Worked for a short while, now it wants me to pay despite it being FREE! Hit the restore purchases button and that doesn’t work either.. so can’t use… Not happy.. something very wrong here….
