This is a great app for tracking plant care and I’ve gotten a ton of use out of it over the past 2 years. The watering updates are awesome. However the latest update seems to have deleted everything. 2 years of tracking down the drain. Need to decide if I want to start over… ### 2/5 — Nice UI design but works terribly *2022-09-19, version 3.7.1* Each time I go to the calendar section the app goes blank white. ### 1/5 — Soooo many bugs… *2021-09-18, version 3.7.1* The app doesn’t seem to save the date that you adopt your plants, I can’t get any notifications for watering after spending hours entering all my plants. Can’t update photos…keeps updating photos of just one plant no matter which plant I try to edit. Some of the plants I purchased from Plantsome aren’t even listed in the app. Common and popular houseplants. I wish they would update the app, because it’s a great idea. ### 1/5 — Needs a LOT of work *2021-07-26, version 3.7.0* Great concept but there are too many bugs. It keeps asking me to verify my email. Then when I get past that, it freezes and I can access any of the tabs. I got in a couple of times and starting entering my plants, from an incomplete list, and the app would shut down. If you could fix the bugs I think it would be a great app. Until then I’ll have to find another method to keep track of watering etc. ### 4/5 — Great app, minor bugs *2021-07-07, version 3.6.0* I really like this app to help me be a good plant parent. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and so far, the only things that could be better are 1) There is no acknowledgement (or satisfaction) from checking off your plant tasks. It still shows your plants as being thirsty 2) There is no separation between watering and feeding your plants, just one check mark for both 3) Whenever you want to edit your plant info (I moved them and lighting is different, or I want a new photo), it changes the date that you acquired the plant to the current date. You can manually change it back, if you remember the date.. 4) Water amounts are only determined by plant height and not pot size 5) No way to adjust the dates if I need to water a plant early ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all *2021-06-29, version 3.5.13* The app won’t load past the sign in screen. Nothing is saving. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Worst *2025-05-29, version 4.0.0* This app used to be great. I have a lot of plants so this app keeping track of water and fertilizer was awesome. Then it stopped working properly. Notifications stopped, some plants didn’t even show up as needing water, and so I lost a few plants. They told me they were working on the app…a year ago. It looks like the developers have listened to feedback and are starting to implement changes. Good to see. Still seeing some things that need finetuning like a few buttons that seem to not always work but good progress ### 5/5 — WOW *2023-02-13, version 3.7.1* So I ordered plants the middle of January, right after they had moved to a new greenhouse so things were slowed down a little. When they finally sent they got caught in an Arctic vortex so when they arrive they were unfortunately dead. I emailed them and heard back from Kelsi right away, she gave me several different options. I could’ve gotten a full refund but I wanted the plants so they sent them again. Said they would wait for the freeze to pass and take extra care (they ship from BC and I’m in NB). Well I got them today and I must say, I am beyond impressed. They are in perfect condition! I have nothing bad to say, my friends are asking about it, can’t wait to place my next order! ### 5/5 — Best app to keep track of plants *2022-07-28, version 3.7.1* Just want to say I love this app, I don’t know that much about plants but I want to and this app makes it so easy!! Love the reminders for watering and fertilizing, has been a godsend for that. I love that I can order new plants or pots right from the app. It wouldnt let me give 4.5 stars, but I find with a few of my plants, the how much to water is slightly off and they get over watered. Good thing plants tell you when that happens. When I need to get in contact with someone, they are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. This being a free app, is so in-depth with care and provides the best tips. Setting up and adding my plants was fun and so informative. I did have some mismatched requirements for my plants from both apps but messaged the support and they gave me feedback that was helpful!!
