I can’t seem to download any of the country packs no matter how many times I download the app. 
Whether on WiFi or mobile data it’s the same issue

Even 5G over 48 hours can’t download all the images for one country ——— means to say you have to be connected to wifi all the time. 

Now you have more problems at hand if you are on site with no data plan
