## What is Planwise?

Your day needs structure, not pressure.

Planwise is a calm daily planner and time-blocking task manager that turns a busy to-do list into a clear timeline. Capture what is on your mind, decide when it belongs, and focus on the next step without losing sight of the rest.

PLAN AROUND REAL LIFE
• Create one-off and repeating tasks
• Add a start time, planned duration, date, notes, color, and icon
• See tasks, open time, and the current moment in one daily timeline
• Move unfinished one-off tasks to tomorrow, next week, or another date
• Set your wake time, bedtime, first day of the week, and rest days

REMINDERS ON YOUR TERMS
Choose a default alert for task reminders: at start time, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes before, one hour before, or never. You can also enable an optional weekly planning nudge. Task reminders pause on your rest days.

CAPTURE FIRST, SCHEDULE LATER
Drop an unstructured thought into Plan, then turn it into a scheduled task when you are ready. Planwise can suggest the first available slot within your waking hours, while you stay in control of every detail.

BUILD MOMENTUM, FLEXIBLY
Check off your day, track current and best streaks, review your activity, and work toward milestones. Planwise is designed to make a changed plan feel normal, not like failure.

FRIENDS AND COLLABORATION
Use Sign in with Apple for cloud backup and collaboration. Invite people you know, compare opt-in streaks, and share only the individual tasks you choose so collaborators can complete them together. Your personal plan is not visible to friends.

LOCAL-FIRST AND PRIVATE
Your planning data starts on your device and is sent only when needed for features you choose, such as cloud backup or collaboration. Notifications are optional. Planwise does not show ads or track you across other companies’ apps and websites. You can permanently delete your account and cloud data in the app.

MAKE IT YOURS
Choose an app accent, task colors and icons, 12- or 24-hour time, Sunday or Monday week starts, and rest days that fit your week.

PLANWISE PRO
Some features, including detailed analytics, levels and achievements, custom accent colors, and expanded task icons, require Planwise Pro. Available subscription and one-time purchase options are shown in the app before purchase.

Focus on now. Let the rest wait.
