## What is Planzer?

Planzer is the planner for people who actually want to get things done. Tasks, calendar, time tracking, and the tools you already use — together in one focused workspace.

Built for makers, founders, and anyone who'd rather plan their day in one place than juggle five tabs.

TASKS THAT WORK THE WAY YOU THINK
• Drag tasks straight onto your calendar to plan your day
• Tag, group, and prioritize without ceremony
• Rituals for the things you do every day — they show up automatically
• Reminders that fire on time, even offline

A CALENDAR THAT CONNECTS EVERYTHING
• Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook
• See your meetings and your plan side by side
• Block focus time without switching apps

THE INTEGRATIONS YOU ACTUALLY WANT
• Google Tasks, Microsoft To-Do, Todoist
• Linear, Jira, GitHub
• Slack
• Everything mirrors so you stop checking five apps

TIME TRACKING, WHEN YOU NEED IT
• Start and stop a timer per task with one tap
• See where your week actually went

VOICE INPUT
• Speak your tasks instead of typing
• Works on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows, and Linux

BUILT TO BE EVERYWHERE
• iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows, Linux, and the web
• Sync across every device

FREE, WITH NO ANNOYING LIMITS TO START
Planzer is free to use. Pro unlocks unlimited tasks, AI assistance, file attachments, and advanced integrations.
