Use this app to help you determine the amount of materials required for your plaster / stud wall DIY job. This app may save you money by reducing wastage. Enter the height and length of the wall you want to board and simply tap on the screen and the results will be displayed. Results calculated are : Total area. Number of plasterboards required. The length of stud required. Number of screws or nails. The number of 25kg finish bags required. Choose between 400mm & 600mm centres. You can even copy the results to the clipboard to email to text message someone. Please note that this app does not include wastage and assumes the wall is double sided. Doorway cut outs and Windows cut out options would be very handy aswell. The only option this app provides is a 2.4 x 1.2m sheet. That’s just not practical. There are multiple sizes you need depending on the area. If it had this functionality it would have been worth the money. It doesn’t, do unless you ONLY use 2.4 x 1.2 size sheets it won’t help you. ### 1/5 — App *2019-04-03, version 2.0.0* This app needs to be reviewed the calculations don’t add up such as Stud length would need to be in seperate form to accommodate wall height such as 20 studs @ 2.7 not 54lm of stud you also don’t have floor track options and the 25 kg bag of cement didn’t work out with square metres you couldn’t possibly go through 3 25 kg bags on a 2.4 m wall ### 2/5 — Plaster *2018-11-21, version 2.0.0* It’s a good little app but it’s doubling the amount ov boards I need like if ya put 2.4 by 1.2.
