## What is PlasticOS?

PlasticOS brings procedure reference, guided practice and daily review into one study app for plastic surgery trainees.

FIND THE REFERENCE YOU NEED
Consult searches the bundled procedure atlas and returns matching passages with citations. Use it to revisit anatomy, preparation, procedure steps and reported outcomes while studying. Results come from the reference library; they are not advice for an individual patient.

STUDY, PRACTISE, REVIEW
Explore a curriculum organised from PGY-1 to PGY-6. Follow guided simulations, work through case studies and revisit questions with spaced repetition. Review sessions save your progress on this device, so you can return to your learning routine.

CORE CONTENT OFFLINE
Study the included reference material without an account or an internet connection. Purchases, restoration and updates need connectivity. Paid access may also require periodic App Store verification. Learning progress is stored on this device and does not sync between devices.

The interface is available in English, Turkish and Spanish. Reference content is primarily in English.

EDUCATIONAL USE
PlasticOS is a study aid for surgical trainees, not a clinical decision tool. Do not use it to guide care for a real patient. Refer to the cited sources, current clinical guidance and qualified supervision.

Resident and Fellow are available as monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation. Consult now searches as you type — and it has been measured. On 91 realistic clinical questions the right procedure comes first 98.9% of the time and is in the top three every time (96.7% on an unseen set). It understands word forms ("contraindicated" finds contraindications), reads intent (donor site, outcomes, hazards), and never answers a question about a specific patient — it says so instead.

Consult is now the first tab. Every figure in the app is counted from the source: 122 topics, 86 procedures. Turkish interface fully accented. A citation gate now runs before every build, so no passage can ship without its reference.
