Tap any parcel and the record opens like a ledger entry: acreage, market value, land value, building square footage, year built, construction, subdivision, and tax district, drawn from the county assessor rolls compiled by the Utah Geospatial Resource Center. Coverage is deepest in the populous counties; where a county doesn't publish a figure, the app leaves it blank rather than guessing. Stand in a field and ask the oldest question in the West: whose land is this? Plat of Zion draws the boundary under your feet. Lot line measurements now sit outside the lot instead of on top of the line. Address search lands on the right parcel, even when you search from way zoomed out.
