• Real on-device food recognition. The Snap flow now uses Apple's Vision framework to actually look at your photo. A 60-dish library matches what it sees against realistic nutrition — wings, steak, salmon, pizza, sushi, ramen, salads, fries, fruit, drinks, and more. Still 100% on-device. No upload, no third-party AI.
• New Body tab. BMI gauge with healthy/overweight/obese zones, BMR via the Mifflin-St Jeor formula, and a profile editor (height, weight, age, sex).
• Weight log + chart. One-tap weight logging that writes straight to Apple Health, with a 30-day trend chart fed by your log + HealthKit history.
• Tabata workout timer. Configurable rounds (4–12) and protocols (20·10, 30·15, 40·20, 45·15). Color-coded WORK/REST ring, haptic countdown in the last 3 seconds, screen stays awake while running.
