PlateCost is the fastest way for chefs to cost a dish.

Paste your supplier's price list — or upload a PDF, Excel or CSV — and your whole ingredient library gets priced in one go.

Type your ingredients in plain kitchen language and PlateCost does the math: the grams, the cost per portion, the foodcost percentage and your margin — instantly.
