## What is PlateLoad?

PlateLoad takes the mental math out of racking barbells at the gym. Designed for powerlifters, Olympic lifters, and strength athletes, PlateLoad calculates the exact plate breakdown needed per side for any target weight.

Never spend time calculating weight plates between heavy sets again.

- Per-Side Plate Calculation: Clear, instant breakdown of exact plates to load on each side of the bar.
- Barbell Type Selection: Support for Standard 45 lb / 20 kg Olympic bars, 35 lb / 15 kg bars, and custom bar weights.

HOW TO USE:
1. Open the app on your wrist.
