## What is PlateLoader?

Most workout apps are bloated with subscriptions, accounts, analytics, and features nobody asked for. This app isn’t.

This is a simple, offline weightlifting log built for people who just want to train and record their work. No sign-ups. No cloud sync. No tracking. No ads. Your data stays on your device, period.

You define your own split and your own workouts because every gym is different. Log sets, reps, and weight the way you actually lift — including plate-based barbell tracking, not fake estimated numbers.
