PlatePlan builds your meal plan for you — one to four weeks at a time, for one to six people — from a menu of 550 dishes across eleven cuisines, every one photographed and costed. Tap once to generate a plan, swipe any meal to shuffle it, or choose from the picture menu yourself.

COOK THE WORLD FROM ONE KITCHEN

British classics, Italian trattoria favourites, French bistro dishes, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Japanese, Mexican, Spanish, Greek and Middle Eastern cooking — 50 dishes in each cuisine, from quick weeknight dinners to slow Sunday braises, with breakfasts, lunches, starters, desserts and canapés too. And because some traditions matter: a proper roast dinner is only ever suggested on a Sunday.

SAFE FOR YOUR TABLE

Tick the allergens your household avoids — fish, shellfish, nuts, peanuts, dairy, gluten, egg, soya, sesame — and add any dislikes. Excluded ingredients never appear in your plan. Every recipe shows clear allergen flags.

KNOW WHAT IT COSTS BEFORE YOU SHOP

Every recipe and every shopping basket shows an approximate cost from your local supermarkets, with per-serving and per-head figures. The aggregated shopping list merges your whole plan into one tickable list, grouped by aisle.

Metric, imperial or US cups — switch any time and every quantity converts instantly, scaled to your serving count.

FEEDING A CROWD?

Banquet mode plans a one-off event for 7 to 200 guests: canapés, starters, mains and desserts, with quantities and costs scaled automatically and a dedicated shopping list.
