## What is PlateStack?

Stop rebuilding your fitness day from scratch.

PlateStack keeps food, strength, cardio, habits, and progress in one connected record. It remembers what you log, makes repeat actions faster, and helps you start tomorrow ahead.

LOG ONCE. START AHEAD.

Correct a food estimate and keep the version you trust. Reuse saved meals and recent foods. Begin a workout with your prior sets, loads, reps, and RIR already in view. Your history becomes useful instead of becoming homework.

ASK COACH. REVIEW BEFORE SAVING.

PlateStack Coach can turn your records, goals, available equipment, and schedule into editable workout or meal-plan drafts inside the app. Review every exercise, set, food, and portion before approving it. Nothing changes just because Coach suggested it.

SEE WHY BEFORE YOU ACT.

Coach actions include an evidence receipt showing which records informed the draft and what information was unavailable. PlateStack also distinguishes values you entered, imported records, and automated estimates so a polished answer is never mistaken for a logged fact.

TRAIN WITH PURPOSE

- Log sets, reps, weight, RIR, warmups, drop sets, rest-pause, failure, and effective sets
- Build and edit workout templates, cycles, supersets, and one-off sessions
- Follow live rest timers, progress cues, PRs, estimated 1RM trends, and training history
- Share workouts or train live while each person keeps their own loads and set history
- Start, log, and finish workouts from Apple Watch; follow Live Activities on iPhone

EAT WITH INTENTION

- Search food databases or scan a barcode
- Use optional photo, nutrition-label, text, or voice estimates
- Correct serving sizes, calories, and macros before saving
- Reuse recent foods, saved meals, recipes, and food schedules
- Draft an editable meal plan from your targets and preferences

Nutrition results can be incomplete or wrong. Compare estimates with the product label, ingredients, allergens, restaurant information, or another authoritative source.

BUILD CONSISTENCY THAT FITS REAL LIFE

Bring strength, cardio, hydration, fasting, body records, Daily Wins, streaks, and progress into the same routine. Choose the parts you want on Home. Use themes, widgets, reminders, and quick logging to make PlateStack feel like your own system.

CONNECTED HEALTH, ON YOUR TERMS

Optional Apple Health integration lets PlateStack read the activity, sleep, and body records you authorize, and write workouts, nutrition, body weight, and body fat back. You choose what is shared, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings. PlateStack is not a medical device or health monitor.

YOUR RECORD GOES WITH YOU

Signed-in records sync to your PlateStack account so supported saved foods, meals, plans, logs, and preferences can follow you across devices. Export your data or delete your account from Settings.

FREE TO START

Core food, workout, cardio, water, weight, habit, Siri, widget, Live Activity, and Apple Watch logging is available without a subscription. Starter members also receive a limited monthly allowance for optional AI-assisted capture and Coach.

PLATESTACK PREMIUM

Premium expands Coach and AI-assisted logging, planning, templates, history, body measurements, reminders, integrations, squads, and customization. Available plans, trials, offers, and final local pricing appear in Apple's purchase sheet before confirmation.

PlateStack is a self-tracking and planning tool, not a medical device, emergency service, or substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or trainer. It cannot determine whether a food, exercise, or routine is safe for you.
