## What is Platform Map?

Check the best boarding position before you ride.
Platform Map is an app that lets you quickly see platform maps for stations across Japan.
You can view elevators, stairs, toilets, and transfer lines by train car,
helping you choose the most convenient car to board.

Main Features
• View detailed boarding maps for each station platform
• Check the location of facilities such as elevators and stairs
• Switch direction for each train line (up/down, inbound/outbound)
• Search stations by name and instantly open the platform view

Use Cases
• Check the best car near ticket gates or passages when transferring in a hurry
• Find cars close to elevators for strollers or wheelchairs
• Travel smoothly even at unfamiliar or tourist stations by checking in advance

The latest station information is updated with user submissions!

■ Vertical scrolling makes everything easier to read

Previously, facility info for each train car was shown in a horizontal
scroll, making each car's section small and hard to read.
We've switched to vertical scrolling, so every car's facilities are
displayed at a comfortable, larger size — easy to check at a glance,
even when you're in a rush on the platform.

■ What's new

- Just pick your destination station to instantly see facility info
  for each car
- Filter by purpose (elevator, restroom, ticket gate, etc.) to spot
  the recommended car even more easily
- One focus per screen — the answer comes to you, no hunting required
- Fresh blue-based color palette designed for high visibility
- Station info can now be shown by car position — Front, Middle, and Rear
- Dark mode supported

- Faster search experience
- Various performance improvements and bug fixes
