I placed my order on 23rd July for a basic, commonly available medicine. On the night of 24th July, I received a call saying the delivery couldn’t be completed because the delivery person’s tyre got punctured and that it would be delivered the next day. What was even more disappointing was the false automated message stating that I was unavailable on my phone. That is simply untrue. The message also mixed up my order number and mobile number, showing poor attention to detail. Moreover, calling customers late at night for medicine delivery is not appropriate, and there was no serious effort to arrange an alternative or ensure timely delivery. For a healthcare service, accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery are essential. Unfortunately, PlatinumRX failed on all three counts. They called me once around 9:40 to 10 PM; that's it, which is an unreasonable time for medicine delivery. I’ve contacted customer support and the toll free helpline multiple times, but nothing has been resolved. These are medicines, not regular online shopping items people need them on time. Extremely unprofessional service.
