## What is Platix?

Platix is an app for Ukrainian sole proprietors (FOP) and companies (TOV): send invoices and get paid to your own IBAN with a payment link or QR code. Your client pays from any Ukrainian banking app, and the money goes straight to your account.

Made for FOPs, companies, accountants, service businesses and online sellers in Ukraine. No card terminal or acquiring — Platix takes no percentage of your payments.

PAYMENT LINKS AND QR
• Create a payment link in a minute: amount, purpose, order number.
• QR code in the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) standard — show it on screen or print it.
• One-time, reusable or limited links.
• The link is copied right away — send it to your client in any messenger.
• A notification as soon as a payment is confirmed.

INVOICES AND DOCUMENTS
• Invoices with items from your catalog, VAT and due date.
• Delivery notes and service acts as PDF.
• Partial payments: see what has been paid and what is left.
• Payment reminders for your clients.

CLIENTS AND CRM
• Client base with company details, contacts and the history of invoices and links.
• CRM board: move a client to the next stage in one tap.

HOME AND ANALYTICS
• Expected, overdue and received — on the first screen.
• "Needs attention": overdue invoices, partial payments, drafts.
• Revenue for any period, payments by bank, top links.

TEAM AND BUSINESS DETAILS
• Several FOPs or companies in one account.
• Team roles: admin, manager, view only.

SECURITY
• Face ID sign-in and auto-lock.
• Platix is not a payment system, does not store card data and has no access to your money: the payment goes from your client's bank straight to your IBAN.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Add your FOP or company details.
2. Create a payment link, QR code or invoice.
3. Your client pays in their bank — you get a notification and see the payment status.

The app works together with the web dashboard at platix.online. Free to start.
