Вчера обновился, сегодня перестал работать, до этого стабильно был хороший впн

Была оплачена версия Plato VPN на год, но телефон вышел из строя, купили новый. Приложение больше  не скачивается, смена региона не помогает. Вместо возврата денег просто перестали отвечать в поддержке.
