Now what? *2021-07-13* Pretty simple. It worked for a couple months, until it didn’t. But ever since I've received it its been a complete failure! I've updated the app several times and still have the same issue where it loses bluetooth connectivity on my iPhone7+. I also have an Android and downloaded the app there too but it would never connect. Never. The times I did get it to connect to my iPhone it would only work for around 5 minutes and then automatically disconnect. I've tried to use this over 30+ times with no luck. It's so frustrating. I really thought it could help me improve and get into a better state of productivity but so far it's only helped me get into a state of anger and frustration. **Developer response:** Hi. It start ... forever and never print the 1st screen! ### 4/5 — Bluetooth... *2020-02-12, version 5.5.1* This products Bluetooth implementation seems to be very unstable. I own an iPad Pro and after a few minutes the connection gets lost and as I’m doing the Cambridge tests I don’t realise this until the tests are over. This must throw the whole study into doubt? Just for the record I’ve updated the firmware on the headset and the OS on the iPad Pro. EDIT TO ADD. Just want to add after the previous comments, that although I had to opt out of the study, my primary reason to try this was to memorise certain Sanskrit declensions which I found very difficult. With this unit I managed to say memorise and recall. Incredible! Have bumped up my score to 4 starts. Sort out he BT issue and you’ll get 5. ### 4/5 — [They fixed it] Poor Connectivity *2019-12-07* The developers fixed the poor connectivity issue by firmware updates. Great job! It never lasted a full 30-minute session, while the Bluetooth connectivity was intact. It’s really easy to set up, connect and start treatment. The headset and stimulation are really comfortable and helps me to quieten the sometimes relentless chatter that the mind produces. It’s a great accompaniment to mindful activities and help me to take control of my brain activity. Recommended 5 stars. ### 5/5 — Lot my PlatoWork! *2020-11-03* I received my unit in the first shipment so I’ve been using PlatoWork for many months. I’ve never had any connectivity issues that some other early user mentioned here in the comments. Testing has proven that PlatoWork has improved my cognition, and it also helps my meditation practice as indicated by higher than normal Muse scores when I do a session prior to meditation.
