If you use the app they will take over $17 a ride out of your bank account no matter what your fate is. I will be contesting these charges. These guys should be in jail.

This app is useless! Test it yourself. Slow to load, crashes when you try to change your credit card.

I can’t use this app anymore with the recent iOS 14 update. I get a “developer needs to update app” message every time I try. FIX THIS ASAP!!

The app will charge you $17.25 for an $8 ride! Pulls it right out of my bank account like its nothing. Apparently, it’s to make sure you have enough money on the card. Don’t you think it would hurt business when you take out enough for 2 trips within city limits? I couldn’t afford to get home after taking a cab to work. I was told that I would see the money back in my account within 2-4 business days?!?  Because of this I had to walk home. Plus, because of the wait period to see my money come back, I won’t have enough for a trip up to my other job. I won’t see my money until at least Thursday.  The other day there was a snow storm and I paid for a ride that 17.25 went out of my account and no cars showed up. I canceled and guess what? The money never returned to my account. I ended up walking again. Don’t know where my money went.... I literally only have 12 dollars in my account after tonight. I can’t get a cab up to work in the morning because the app won’t let me charge an $8 ride onto my card because I don’t have $17.25.
Had the charge not been 17.25 then I would’ve had enough for 3 rides, instead of the 1 . 
This is Bogus!

This app is very unreliable and is old. The design is AWFUL and it is very slow. Be smart and stick to Uber or Lyft.
