But everywhere I look to register, I keep seeing this CTA to score the game for games that have already been scored **Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to write this up, and sorry it has been a confusing experience. There are two separate things there. On the registration prompt, that usually means the account you are signed in with is not matched to the registration record, so it is worth checking the email you signed in with is the same one you registered under. The scoring prompt appearing on games that are already scored is the one we would like to see for ourselves. If you can send us a note at mobile@playhq.com with the competition and one or two of the games where it is showing, we can look at those directly. Thanks again for the detail. Then, when I couldn’t allocate a coach it spat me back out and all my work was gone. I can’t adjust player profiles to allocate permanent numbers. I can’t adjust my own profile to make myself a coach. Utter garbage. I login to PlayHQ website with the same credentials and it successfully logs in. Even log into Play AFL on web and it works. Go back to app and it doesn’t work. Cleared cache, uninstalled reinstalled and all the usual and still can’t log in. How can you expect lay parents to use your app if you make login impossible!! **Developer response:** Hi, We're sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you tried entering your email in all lowercase? The sign in won't work with any uppercase characters.
