Initially it worked well but as I found out later the ball was defective. I had a lot a success with the first ball I bought so I purchased 3 more. Recently the FIRST ball I purchased stopped charging. I then open one of the new unused balls and attempted to connect it. Not only will it not connect properly to my android phone but when it connects to the iPhone after the update complete it goes back to updating again. I initially reached out to support about the old ball and it’s ports and they have me some lame excuses about the warranty. I have reached out about the new issues I’m having with the new ball but have yet to hear back. When working this ball is great unfortunately support doesn’t level up to the product. I reached out to Apple where I purchased the product and they only back purchased for 30 days. $400 down the drain.
