Instead I have to use the website to book which is clunky on my phone. I’ve tried reaching out to someone about it but can’t figure out how. ### 2/5 — Can’t book *2024-09-03* Haven’t been able to use the app for the only reason I got it, to book courts. When clicking the final step it doesn’t book. I also made a booking. They took my money yet the booking was not unsuccessful. I’ve never, in nearly 2 years of having it, have ever been able to book a court on it. I’d say use the direct LTA website but even that is unbelievably painstaking. It’s impossible to book a court without it trying to make you pay even if you have an annual membership. More than half of the time we use it, it takes multiple attempts to click through and successfully book. I get to the booking page but it never progresses from there. If you’ve purchased local annual membership the App becomes useless, it is meant to reflect £0.00 but it doesn’t (shows normal court price), if you continue to click through it does resolve to £0.00 but then doesn’t book the court. Pay pal isn’t working anymore for a couple of months. So, the app is basically unusable. It looks like it was done with the Year 1 students as a lab ### 1/5 — Booking *2025-11-16* Always get error Booking Unsuccessful something went wrong with your booking..... I'm using the same details as for the Booker app which work OK. Don't see the point of this app at the moment as it is easier to use the Booker app. There is no Help or option to contact the developer. I am on an iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 26.5.2. My iPhone system settings were originally set to a 12-hour clock. With this setting, the app displays an unformatted, messy UI for my booked courts. The only workaround I found was to manually go into iOS Settings > General > Date & Time and turn on “24-Hour Time.” This change tidied up the display format of the date and time for my bookings. Great app! ### 5/5 — Intuitive *2024-06-20* Well designed UI and intuitive navigation - for a newly developed and released app this is very impressive. ### 4/5 — Mainly positive *2026-07-10* Very good app and very easy and convenient, only issue is some courts don’t show full booking availability as shown on website. ### 3/5 — Online booking *2025-08-17* Got annual membership but can book in app when it comes to payment it shows the price but when on checkout it shows £0 but while trying to process £0 payment phone vibrates and nothing happens. ### 2/5 — Not well maintened *2026-08-10* The courts are of good quality, but poor stewardship is shown by Leeds City Council. Glitchy app and bookings website, faulty door and not sufficiently regularly cleaned courts often full of tree leaves and branches. This is next to Leeds most visited tourist attraction Roundhay Park (itself a mess). Leeds is the fourth to third city in the UK depending on metrics, no evidence of that here.
